Dr. Kim Pezzone, MD, brings over 30 years of experience in transforming lives through regenerative medicine, longevity, and aesthetics. Starting her career in pediatrics, she was profoundly inspired by the remarkable healing abilities of children. This led Dr. Pezzone to pursue her current career path in longevity and regenerative medicine. She is recognized for her work with Legacy Lyfe’s Centenarian program, where she has helped to develop state of the art longevity, regenerative and anti-aging protocols that include the most innovative regenerative products and supplements, with the intent to extend our clients lifespan all while improving their healthspan.

Thomas Burnett, MD, is the founder of Regeneration Pittsburgh, and architect of FLOe. His work has evolved through nearly two decades of medicine, movement, regenerative care, and an ongoing interest in understanding how people heal, adapt, and remain capable of doing the things that matter to them.

Dr. Burnett attended the University of Dayton before earning his medical degree from the University of Toledo College of Medicine. He served in the U.S. Air Force as a flight surgeon and received a Commendation Medal for his service during a deployment to Afghanistan. He later completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at UPMC, followed by three years as Medical Director of Legacy Medical Centers, where he practiced alongside his brother.

In 2017, he opened Regeneration Pittsburgh. What began with musculoskeletal and regenerative medicine gradually widened as he followed the connections between movement, stress, hormones, energy, digestion, recovery, and the lives people were trying to live. That evolution eventually became FLOe—an approach to understanding the body as an interconnected living system rather than a collection of isolated parts.

Today, Dr. Burnett directs FLOe Foundation and FLOe Origin, with a focus on regenerative musculoskeletal medicine, movement, fascia, human performance, and the physiology that supports recovery and resilience. He has a particular interest in evolutionary medicine and in learning the skills that allow people to live more directly from the land.

Outside of medicine, he is happiest outdoors with his wife, two boys, and three dogs.

‍Dr. Peter Schulz is a leader in the fields of human optimization in health and performance, as well as regenerative medicine, dedicated to pushing the limits of what is possible in health, healthspan, and longevity. As a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician and Longevity Fellow, Dr. Schulz utilizes a multidisciplinary approach to help patients achieve peak physical function and metabolic health. Dr. Schulz’s commitment to sports medicine began on the field as a semi-professional in Germany and as a four-year college soccer athlete. This firsthand experience with high-stakes athletics informed his early career, leading to prestigious internships in cardiology and orthopedics. His cardiology internship was at a revolutionary clinic in Germany that trained patients post-surgically how to live. The results of this program were often a complete reversal of cardiovascular disease. He further honed his expertise in speed training while working alongside professional athletes in the NBA and NFL, including the Charlotte Hornets and Carolina Panthers.

Dr. Schulz earned his doctorate from the prestigious National University of Health Sciences, followed by a rigorous internship in physical medicine and holistic primary care. His clinical toolkit is exceptionally broad, featuring advanced training in:
